Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote company properties.
  • Identify and generate leads through various marketing channels.
  • Promote property listings to prospective buyers and investors.
  • Manage client relationships and provide professional real estate advisory services.
  • Initiate, negotiate, and close real estate transactions.
  • Conduct property presentations, inspections, and site visits with clients.
  • Support brand visibility through strategic sales and marketing activities.
  • Maintain and manage a portfolio of property listings.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to promote property sales.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and company goals.

Requirements

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc) in Marketing, Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • 3 – 6 years of experience in real estate marketing, sales, or property management.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate marketing strategies and property sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and close sales effectively.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and online property platforms.
  • Strong team collaboration and support skills.
  • Candidates must reside within or close to Lekki Phase 1.
