Job Summary

  • The Revenue Growth Strategist will oversee the commercial growth framework, aligning sales, digital marketing, partnerships, and customer acquisition strategies toward measurable revenue outcomes.
  • You are to align fully with the Growth proposition and lead the journey, and you are to build the following operational structure for the final execution framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement revenue growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and revenue streams.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer behavior, and sales data to inform growth decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to improve revenue performance.
  • Design and optimize pricing, customer retention, and acquisition strategies.
  • Build strategic partnerships and business alliances to drive market expansion.
  • Monitor key revenue KPIs and prepare regular growth performance reports.
  • Recommend improvements to sales funnels, customer journeys, and conversion processes.
  • Support go-to-market strategies for new products or service offerings.
  • Drive initiatives focused on customer lifetime value, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 5-10 years proven experience in business strategy, growth, revenue operations, sales strategy, or business development roles.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations from insights.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and business analytics tools.
