Sales Associate (SA0126)

About the Role

You will be the face of the bakery—interacting directly with customers, ensuring smooth sales operations, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
• Accurately record all sales transactions (POS/cash handling)
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming sales environment
• Ensure all products are properly displayed and stocked
• Follow company policies, processes, and daily operational guidelines
• Support daily reconciliation and report any discrepancies
• Communicate effectively with the production and store teams
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and sales trends

Requirements

•  Minimum qualification: OND (Ordinary National Diploma)
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Good numerical skills (comfortable handling money and basic calculations)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow structured processes and company policies
• Proactive, hardworking, and reliable
• Previous customer service or sales experience is an advantage
