Job Summary

• A fashion store in Ogudu is hiring a Sales & Customer Service Representative (Female) to manage both online and in-store operations.
• The ideal candidate must be smart, confident, proactive, neat and able to work independentlywith little supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers online and instore.
• Manage sales, stock records, orders and deliveries.
• Upload and update products online and on social media.
• Support content posting, product promotions, and online engagement.
• Keep the store neat, tidy and well-organized.
• Pay close attention to items going in and out of the store.
• Pack and label the right customer orders without mix-ups or repeated mistakes.
• Input order details accurately into the system.
• Provide excellent and confident customer service at all times.

Requirements

• Must have completed OND/NCE/HND/B.Sc Degree with 1-3 years experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles.
• Female, aged 20-30 years.
• Must reside in or around Ogudu, Ketu, Ojota, Maryland, Ilupeju, Anthony, Ogba, or Ikeja.
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken).
• Must be social media savvy and able to operate a computer efficiently.
• Must be reliable, proactive, smart, neat and trustworthy.
