Job Description

Our client, a professional training company specializing in capacity development for lawyers, is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive enrollment and institutional partnerships with law firms and legal practitioners.

This role requires a strong B2B sales professional who understands consultative selling and can confidently engage law firms and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new leads within law firms and corporate legal departments
  • Conduct persuasive presentations showcasing the value of training programs
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to meet assigned quotas
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide periodic performance reports

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:
 

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales (professional services or training industry preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
