Job Summary:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Define target audiences and create positioning strategies
• Set marketing KPIs and performance benchmarks
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
• Coordinate product launches and promotional activities
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure ROI optimization

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years marketing/sales experience
2. Age range: 28 – 35 years3. 
3. Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
4. Ability to work independently and meet targets
