Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil and gas market
  • Promote petroleum products (e.g., PMS, AGO, LPG) and related services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and corporate customers
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and follow up on payments
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure efficient service delivery

  • Sales revenue and volume growth
  • Customer acquisition and retention rate
  • Market share expansion
  • Timely collection of receivables
  • Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years’ experience in sales/marketing (preferably in oil & gas)
  • Strong knowledge of petroleum products and industry dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
