Key Responsibilities:
● Drive sales growth and close high-value deals across dynamic sectors including food (e.g., gourmet products, restaurant supplies), travel (e.g., vacation packages, corporate bookings), and fashion (e.g., apparel lines, accessories).
● Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and performance tracking.
● Build, manage, and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
● Proactively identify new business opportunities, qualify leads, and follow up effectively to convert prospects into loyal customers.
● Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to align strategies, launch campaigns, and achieve overarching business goals.
● Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction to foster repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
● Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in B2C or B2B sales, ideally within consumer-facing industries like retail or services.
● Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
● Proven customer service expertise, demonstrated by success in building enduring relationships and driving retention.
● Friendly, persuasive, confident, and goal-driven personality, thriving in fast-paced, target-oriented environments.
● Strong ability to work independently with initiative, while excelling as part of a collaborative team to deliver results.
