Job Description

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative with proven experience in generator sales to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base within Lagos and surrounding areas.
  • The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience selling generators and a strong understanding of the power solutions market, including residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell a range of generators (diesel, petrol, and industrial power solutions) to new and existing clients.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets such as construction, manufacturing, commercial businesses, and estates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, facility managers, and corporate organizations.
  • Conduct client visits, product presentations, and site assessments to recommend suitable generator solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies within the generator and power solutions industry.
  • Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure proper installation and maintenance support.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions.

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

  • HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 - 5 years experience in generator sales (Mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of generator products, specifications, and applications.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Existing network within industries such as construction, manufacturing, or facility management is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to work independently and manage sales pipelines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
  • A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
