Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Provide accurate information about products, prices, and promotions.
Ensure proper product display, labeling, and shelf arrangement.
Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or fast-moving products.
Record and process sales transactions accurately.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
Handle customer complaints or inquiries courteously and escalate when necessary.
Support daily store operations and maintain cleanliness and orderliness.
Participate in periodic stock-taking and promotional activities.

Minimum of OND / NCE / HND / BSc is an added advantage.
1–3 years of proven experience as a sales representative, preferably in a supermarket, retail, or FMCG environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of retail sales techniques and customer service principles.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
Smart appearance, honesty, and strong work ethic.
Basic computer literacy (POS operation knowledge is an added advantage).
