Role Description

This is a market-facing role based in Nigeria, responsible for developing client relationships, driving vehicle sales, and closing high-value transactions within the Nigerian market.

The role involves identifying business opportunities, engaging directly with clients, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to negotiation and deal closure. The successful candidate is expected to operate actively within the market and take full ownership of sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Nigerian market
  • Build and manage relationships with corporate organisations, government agencies, and high-value clients
  • Drive sales from lead generation through to negotiation and deal closure
  • Engage directly with clients to understand requirements and present suitable vehicle options
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales within a reputable dealership or premium vehicle brand in Nigeria (e.g. Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche, Coscharis or similar)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the premium or luxury segment
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close high-value transactions
  • Strong network of corporate, government, or high-net-worth clients
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales performance.
