Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) to boost follower engagement and brand visibility.
  • Create compelling, engaging social media content, including eye-catching flyers, graphics, videos, and visuals using Canva and similar tools.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms to maximize reach, conversions, and ROI.
  • Monitor social media performance metrics (e.g., likes, shares, growth rates) using analytics tools and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Actively engage with online audiences, respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, and foster community building.
  • Support business development activities, including lead generation, outreach, and partnership opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to promote products/services effectively and align on growth goals.

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles, with a track record of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Canva (and similar tools like Adobe Spark) for quick, professional flyer and content creation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, paired with exceptional creativity and trend awareness.
  • Business development, sales, or lead generation experience is a significant advantage.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite; ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setup.
