Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow key social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) to boost follower engagement and brand visibility.
Create compelling, engaging social media content, including eye-catching flyers, graphics, videos, and visuals using Canva and similar tools.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms to maximize reach, conversions, and ROI.
Monitor social media performance metrics (e.g., likes, shares, growth rates) using analytics tools and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Actively engage with online audiences, respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, and foster community building.
Support business development activities, including lead generation, outreach, and partnership opportunities to expand our client base.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to promote products/services effectively and align on growth goals.
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
2-3 years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles, with a track record of successful campaigns.
Proficiency in Canva (and similar tools like Adobe Spark) for quick, professional flyer and content creation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, paired with exceptional creativity and trend awareness.
Business development, sales, or lead generation experience is a significant advantage.
Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite; ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setup.
