Position Summary
We are seeking a strong, results-driven Studio Operations & Sales Manager to lead daily operations, drive revenue, and ensure a seamless, high-end client experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing staff, increasing sales, and maintaining the luxury standards of Asa Luxe.
Key Responsibilities Revenue & Sales Management
- Drive daily and weekly revenue targets across all departments
- Convert walk-ins into paying clients and memberships
- Train front desk staff on sales, upselling, and client engagement
- Promote add-on services (recovery, spa, retail, bar)
Client Experience & Front Desk Oversight
- Ensure every client receives a premium, seamless experience
- Oversee front desk operations and client flow
- Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally
- Maintain a welcoming, polished environment at all times
Team Leadership & Staff Management
- Supervise front desk, coaches, spa staff, and support staff
- Conduct daily team briefings and performance check-ins
- Enforce dress code, punctuality, and service standards
- Coach staff to improve performance and energy
Operations & Facility Management
- Ensure studio cleanliness and organization at luxury standards
- Monitor class schedules, attendance, and service flow
- Oversee equipment readiness and facility maintenance
- Identify and resolve operational issues quickly
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track daily revenue and performance metrics
- Submit daily and weekly reports to leadership
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
