DelonJobs is seeking to hire a Team Lead, Conglomerate, Manufacturing & Construction for a leading insurance company in Lagos, Nigeria.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving insurance marketing strategies for conglomerate, manufacturing, and construction clients. You'll lead a team to develop and execute tailored insurance solutions, build strong relationships, and drive business growth.

Interested candidates should possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field with at least 6 years’ experience in insurance marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Annual gross salary is between N8,000,000 – N9,300,000.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement insurance marketing plans for target industries
• Lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs
• Collaborate with underwriting, sales, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions
• Manage budgets, timelines, and performance metrics

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
• Possess minimum of 6 years’ experience in insurance marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of conglomerate, manufacturing, and construction industries
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
