Job summary

The Telesales Representative is responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting the company’s products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
  • Promote and sell company products and services over the phone

Follow up on leads and customer inquiries

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals
  • Handle customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary
  • Update and maintain customer records and sales reports

Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
