Job Objective:
To support trade operations and execution of sales strategies by assisting retail and distribution channels, monitoring inventory flow, coordinating trade activities, and providing the sales team with tools, insights, and processes that drive revenue growth and market penetration in the mobile accessories sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement trade execution plans across retail, distribution, and online channels.
- Provide daily operational support to sales and field teams to ensure smooth market execution.
- Monitor trade performance metrics (sell-in, sell-out, stock coverage, returns) and flag action areas.
- Ensure timely delivery of promotional materials, POS tools, and merchandising support to field teams.
- Collaborate with the supply chain to align product availability with sales forecasts and trade demand.
- Support channel partners with product knowledge, price lists, training materials, and stock visibility.
- Track trade promotions, incentive schemes, and campaign performance across customer segments.
- Manage B2B order flows and coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch and fulfillment.
- Work with finance to reconcile trade discounts, rebates, and account credits with distributors/resellers.
- Maintain accurate master data on products, pricing, stock levels, and partner databases.
- Provide reports, insights, and dashboards on trade activities to stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify bottlenecks and support continuous improvement initiatives in trade operations.
- Assist with product launches, retail activations, and seasonal campaigns in collaboration with marketing.
- Serve as liaison between commercial, operations, finance, and external retail partners.
