Travel & Tours Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in identifying their ideal travel packages based on their preferences and requirements.
• Study and stay informed on travel destinations, including pricing, weather, languages, currency, customs, and other relevant details.
• Maintain strong and positive relationships with clients.
• Provide end-to-end travel services including ticket booking, hotel reservations, itinerary creation, and travel coordination.
• Share essential travel information, brochures, guides, maps, and itinerary documents with clients.
• Ensure accurate matching of travel/tour packages to the right customers.
• Handle customization or modification requests professionally and efficiently.
• Resolve any travel-related issues or concerns raised by clients.
• Maintain and regularly update a secure database of client information and travel details.
 

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism or a related field.
• Proven, prior experience as a Travel & Tours Manager is compulsory.
• Strong knowledge of visa requirements across major destinations.
• Proficiency in travel booking software and related tools.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office, Excel, and reservation platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Thorough knowledge of tourism regulations and international travel trends.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
