Video Editor (VE261)

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw video footage into high-quality finished videos for different platforms.
• Trim, cut, and arrange clips to create a smooth and engaging storyline.
• Ensure the final video meets project goals and brand guidelines.
• Add visual effects, transitions, graphics, and animations to enhance video quality.
• Perform color correction and color grading to improve the visual appearance.
• Adjust audio levels, sound effects, and background music.
• Work closely with directors, producers, designers, and content creators.
• Understand project requirements and deliver content according to creative briefs.
• Participate in team meetings and feedback sessions.

Experience & Skills:

•2+ years editing paid social ads, ideally for e-commerce brands.
•Proven experience creating high-converting ads for Meta and TikTok.
•Strong understanding of direct response principles (hooks, angles, CTAs, UGC structuring).
•Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro; strong working knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics.
•Skilled in retention editing techniques (pattern interrupts, dynamic captions, pacing, visual overlays).
•Comfortable producing multiple creative variations for testing at scale.
•Able to interpret performance feedback and iterate based on data.
•Clear communicator with strong written and spoken English.
