Job Description:
Manage daily e-commerce operations including order processing, customer support via WhatsApp, logistics coordination, inventory tracking, website updates, and social media engagement. Work closely with the business owner to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
OND / HND / B.Sc (Business Admin, Marketing, or related preferred)
1–2 years’ experience in e-commerce, virtual assistance, or customer service
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, WordPress, Instagram, WhatsApp Business
Laptop, reliable electricity & internet required
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
