Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
Interested candidates should have 5 years of experience in the banking sector.
5+ years of building scalable & high audience engagement/retention-based consumer-facing products in emerging markets;
Prior experience building mobile-first Neobanks and/or Fintech products lending, savings, payments, investments, insurance & remittance);
Prior experience working on AI projects and should possess AI skills
Knowledge in Programming languages (python, R, java).
Strong organizational, analytical & problem-solving skills.
Creative problem solver mindset with a data-driven and KPI-oriented approach using such tools as SQL, Python and Excel.
Hungry to stay up to date with regards to latest developments in the Nigerian FinTech and regulatory landscape;
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
