Support the COO's daily work schedule by working closely with him.
Transcribing primary sources, creating documentation, reports, tables, and charts, and distributing them as necessary.
Maintain the COO's calendar, which includes setting up meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel plans (which could involve domestic and foreign travel). Use discretion when allocating time and determining needs.
act as a point of contact between the COO, PANDAGRIC NOVUM employees, and the general public. Receiving and screening the COO's calls and visitors, politely and diplomatically responding to a range of inquiries, taking messages, and effectively routing calls for resolution are all part of this.
Work with other PANDAGRIC NOVUM employees to coordinate projects as necessary; be a significant player in coordinating staff activities inside and outside of the department.
