Job Description
DelonJobs is seeking to hire an Analyst, Channels Service Delivery for a leading financial institution in Nigeria. The individual must be able to manage day-to-day operational issues with respect to the day-to-day operation of the Bank’s Channels applications; ensure the delivery of front-end digital services across the Channel platforms; Work on other tasks as assigned by the Senior Specialist, Channel Service Delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support the Bank’s channels applications
- Follow-up on escalated problems, effective and efficient management of User Support to the Bank’s Channels (Operating systems with associated applications and business applications systems)
- Partake in the deployment of new features and functionalities in line with business requirements
- Periodically review existing systems and advise process owners on possible areas of improvements thereby making IT serve as a business enabler
- Follow-up on escalated problems, effective and efficient management of User Support to the Bank’s IT resources (Operating systems with associated applications and business applications systems)
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Specialist, Channels Service Delivery
Qualifications and Experience
- BSc in STEM Course
- 0 – 2 years experience in any of the following IT disciplines: application development, systems integration & middleware, database management, and server administration.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.
- Excellent analytical skills, written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- IT certification and other professional qualifications
