•Preparing financial documents such as invoices, Bills and accounts payables. •Computing purchase order.•Posting of company transactions.•Reviewing of Staff attendance register.•Reconciliation of sales with the sales department.
•General accounting Duties which include, General Ledger, Tax, Payroll, Accounts Payables, Inventories, Bank reconciliation etc.•generating all monthly financial and accounting management reports which include, balance sheet, P&L, Statement of cash flow, Capital Assets etc.•Prompt preparation of daily, weekly, monthly and periodic reports to management.•Proper handling and management of customers, clients and vendors.•Ensure weekly stock count and company's transactions are updated on time.•Ensure prompt payments and receipts of taxes, levies, payable orders due invoices of creditors, debtors, vendors of the company as appropriate with management consultation and approval.
