As a customer-facing support engineer, my role is to provide phone and email-based technical support to corporate customers while ensuring ticket resolution and customer satisfaction. I provide support for Azure Web Apps, Function Apps, Logic Apps, Networking, Virtual Machines, Azure deployments, and OSS.

• Part of a 4-man team that redesigned the company’s Systems Architecture Documentation.   
• Carried out automated testing of e-commerce suites dependent on Shopping’s API using Selenium and Sauce-labs.   
• Provided technical support for enterprise applications.
• Maintained technical documents (API documentation, test plans, etc), test scripts, and development procedures.
• Negotiated and agreed on in-house quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
• Collaborated with software developers to develop effective test plans.
• Conducted post-implementation software testing, bug reports, and steps to reproducing bugs to development teams.

• Post implementation software testing of the Nigerian Yellow Pages API and SDK for the onboarding and search of businesses in Nigeria whilst integrating with the google maps API.
