Savana Smart Homes Ltd. is currently hiring Maketers in the Marketing Department
Candidates must:
Promote sales of properties through advertisements and participation in multiple listing services.
Must be able to present purchase offers to the company for consideration. Coordinate appointments to show homes and lands to prospective buyers.
Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property.
Arrange meetings between buyers and company when details of the transaction needs to be negotiated. Advice clients on market conditions, prices and related matters.
Interview clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking.
Generate list of properties that are compatible with buyers need and financial resources.
Review plans for new construction with client, enumerating and recommending available options and features.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of working experience. Previous work in Marketing for a Real Estate and a Marketing degree will be an added advantage.
Solution-oriented with ability to build relationships across a cross-disciplinary team comprised of diverse personalities, skill sets, and levels of experience. Demonstrable grasp of the Real Estate Development and Property Management, Flexible, enthusiastic, and self-directed. Strong communication capabilities written and verbal.
