Job Overview:

As a 3D Visualizer at Springbrid Ltd, you will be responsible for producing realistic and visually compelling renderings of architectural and interior design projects. Your role will involve collaborating with architects, designers, and clients to interpret design concepts and create immersive visualizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in 3D rendering software, an eye for detail, and a passion for bringing design concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 3D Modeling and Rendering:
   • Create accurate and detailed 3D models of architectural and interior design concepts.
   • Produce high-quality, photorealistic renderings that showcase design elements, materials, and lighting.
2. Collaboration with Design Teams:
   • Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to understand design concepts and project requirements.
   • Translate design sketches and concepts into visually appealing 3D representations.
3. Storyboarding and Concept Visualization:
   • Develop storyboards and visual concepts to communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
   • Incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed to achieve the desired visual impact.
4. Material and Lighting Exploration:
   • Experiment with different materials, textures, and lighting scenarios to enhance the realism of visualizations.
   • Stay updated on industry trends and tools to continually improve rendering techniques.
5. Project Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with project teams to ensure visualizations align with project goals and timelines.
   • Attend design meetings to gather insights and provide visual support for decision-making.
6. Client Presentations:
   • Assist in client presentations by showcasing 3D visualizations to convey design intent.
   • Effectively communicate design elements and respond to client feedback.
7. Software Proficiency:
   • Utilize industry-standard 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp) to create visualizations.

9. Project Documentation:

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
