Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Accounts Payable: Generate, record, execute, and reconcile payments through all stages, including preparation of purchase orders, generation of disbursement vouchers and checks, preparation of wire requests, financial data input into QuickBooks, and monthly bank statement reconciliation.
