In this role, you will work alongside our experienced Balloon Artist to create delightful and memorable balloon sculptures for various occasions. Job Responsibilities

1. Balloon Sculpting:

• Assist the Balloon Artist in creating a variety of balloon sculptures, including animals, characters, and decorative designs.
• Learn and master various balloon twisting techniques to contribute to the diverse range of creations.

2. Event Setup and Preparation:

• Work with the Balloon Artist to prepare and organize materials for events.
• Assist in setting up balloon displays and sculptures at venues for parties, celebrations, and other events.

3. Customer Interaction:

• Engage with customers at events, providing a positive and friendly experience.
• Take balloon sculpture requests from customers and ensure their satisfaction with the final creations.

4. Inventory Management:

• Assist in managing and organizing balloon supplies, ensuring an adequate stock of balloons, pumps, and other necessary tools.
• Communicate inventory needs to ensure the availability of materials for upcoming events.

5. Creative Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the Balloon Artist to brainstorm and create new and innovative balloon designs.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall balloon artistry offered by our team.

6. Maintaining a Safe Environment:

• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment for both artists and event attendees.
• Properly handle and dispose of balloons to minimize environmental impact.

7. Training and Development:

• • Learn from the Balloon Artist to enhance your balloon sculpting skills and techniques.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new trends and designs in the world of balloon artistry.
