Position Overview:

As a Brand Manager at DMOT Enterprises, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that resonate with our target audience and align with the company's goals. You will play a pivotal role in defining and shaping the DMOT brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in brand management, a creative mindset, and a strategic approach to building and nurturing brand equity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with DMOT Enterprises' business objectives and target audience.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for brand differentiation.
  2. Brand Positioning:
    • Define and articulate the unique value propositions and positioning of the DMOT brand in the market.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in messaging and visual identity.
  3. Brand Communication:
    • Craft compelling and consistent brand messaging across various channels, including digital platforms, print materials, and marketing collateral.
    • Oversee the development of creative content that effectively communicates the brand narrative.
  4. Visual Identity Management:
    • Manage and maintain the visual identity of the DMOT brand, including logo, color palette, and brand guidelines.
    • Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing and cohesive brand assets.
  5. Product Branding:
    • Work closely with product teams to ensure that new products align with the overall brand strategy.
    • Develop and execute branding plans for new product launches.
  6. Brand Monitoring and Analysis:
    • Monitor and analyze brand performance, consumer feedback, and market trends.
    • Utilize data and insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the brand strategy.
  7. Collaboration with Partners:
    • Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and influencers to enhance the reach and impact of the DMOT brand.
    • Negotiate and manage brand partnerships to maximize exposure and positive brand associations.
  8. Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage the brand budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to achieve brand objectives.
    • Ensure cost-effective execution of brand initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role.
  • Must have 3-5 years and above
  • Candidate must have experience in Brand and Marketing and thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
