To collaborate with and support an existing Team in transforming business practices and programmes within the automotive Service Workshop environment.
Provide information, in various formats to the Central District teams on various Key performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimise Dealer participation.
Create and manage reporting suites for business reviews with internal Management and Ford Dealers.
Provide support to drive / maximise Dealer participation in all Programmes and business initiatives through analytical support to the Central District Teams.
Assist the Central District Teams through ad-hoc liaison with Dealers.
To monitor Dealer and product sales performance and to support the development of robust action plans to improve all aspects of the Dealer’s Aftersales business.
