- To collaborate with and support an existing Team in transforming business practices and programmes within the automotive Service Workshop environment.
- Provide information, in various formats to the Central District teams on various Key performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimise Dealer participation.
- Create and manage reporting suites for business reviews with internal Management and Ford Dealers.
- Provide support to drive / maximise Dealer participation in all Programmes and business initiatives through analytical support to the Central District Teams.
- Assist the Central District Teams through ad-hoc liaison with Dealers.
- To monitor Dealer and product sales performance and to support the development of robust action plans to improve all aspects of the Dealer’s Aftersales business.
