We currently seek an individual passionate about Client Relationship to implement communication strategies that further our goals, promote our brand and deliver commendable customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in developing avenues to improve customer experience and build brand loyalty.
- Support in the development and implementation of effective communication strategy.
- Manage client / sales records and other important data.
- Support in creating sales pitches, developing clear and effective written proposal / quotations for current and prospective clients.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with clients / customers.
- Maintain and expand companyТs customer base.
- Research market and industry trends.
Qualifications / Experience
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc in related discipline.Minimum of one (1) year experience in Customer Service / Client Relationship Mgt.
- Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to exercise good judgment and solve problems quickly and effectively.Preference will be given to candidates who are experienced and are skilled in Digital Marketing
