Coordinating support to Local Councils and other Implementing Agencies in the development, implementation and monitoring of HIV and AIDS activities through the District Implementation Plans.
Facilitating and coordinating capacity development initiatives for district HIV and AIDS activities through technical backstopping of the District Training Teams.
