Supervise and evaluate the work of the consortium and local implementing partners, ensuring that technical quality and standards (RRM, ECHO, sector standards) are respected during the implementation of the project;
Carry out continuous monitoring with the partners for the implementation of the mechanism and the project, identify areas for improvement, planning slippages and corrective actions to be implemented;
Support the Project Managers of each partner to implement all aspects of the project;
Regularly monitor work plans, identify and report any delays at GO and GS level;
Oversee the degree of progress, liquidity rates and ensure the completion of the project on time.
