Job Description
Starting the program
Establish and communicate administrative, governance, accounting, HR, M&E structures and procedures for the program. Initiates the implementation of the program plan in accordance with SNV project management procedures, relevant SNV structures and procedures, accounting principles, donor requirements and contracted commitments.
Program management
Develop and implement multi-year and annual action plans for the program in the three (3) intervention regions (Tillabéry, Dosso and Tahoua)
Lead, manage and motivate the program team, partners and relevant stakeholders. Plan and assign deliverables and activities, review their progress, and resolve variances in time and quality, based on program planning, agreed deliverables and established budget. Manage the program closure and appraisal process, including delivery of the complete and up-to-date program file to the Country Director and Regional Program Director according to program management procedures.
Program quality assurance
Take responsibility for the (technical) content of the program, ensure the quality of deliverables and ensure sufficient technical input to meet quality standards.
