Attend to customers and respond to telephone calls.

Ability to manage a team of front desk officers.

Know how to manage data of patients and information analysis.

Good use of the computer, knowledge of microsoft words.

Typr and print patients medical results

Book patients medical appointments as at when due.

Addressing complaints, enquires in a pleasant manner.

Take up other duties as assigned
