Position Overview:

As a Cybersecurity Trainer at 9Vectron Limited, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive cybersecurity training programs to individuals and corporate clients. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of cybersecurity professionals by providing hands-on, practical training that equips participants with the skills needed to address real-world cyber threats. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Program Development:
   • Design and develop engaging and effective cybersecurity training programs for individuals and organizations.
   • Create curriculum content that covers a wide range of cybersecurity topics, including but not limited to network security, ethical hacking, incident response, and secure coding.
2. Delivery of Training:
   • Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and seminars on cybersecurity topics for participants with varying levels of expertise.
   • Adapt training materials to meet the specific needs and skill levels of diverse audiences.
3. Practical Exercises and Labs:
   • Develop and oversee practical exercises and labs to provide participants with hands-on experience in applying cybersecurity concepts.
   • Provide guidance and support to ensure participants can effectively apply learned skills in real-world scenarios.
4. Stay Current on Industry Trends:
   • Stay abreast of the latest developments in cybersecurity, emerging threats, and industry best practices.
   • Integrate relevant and up-to-date content into training programs to ensure participants are equipped with the latest knowledge.
5. Assessment and Feedback:
   • Implement assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
   • Provide constructive feedback to participants, guiding them on areas of improvement and growth.
6. Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with internal teams to align training programs with industry standards and certifications.
   • Work closely with clients to understand their specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Cybersecurity Trainer or in a similar role.
• Three years of cyber security experience with emphasis on cybersecurity course training development
• Three years of experience in a Red/Blue Team (Pentesting or Vulnerability Assessment knowledge)
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire participants in a classroom or virtual training environment.
• Experience with instructional design and curriculum development.
