Job Description


  • oversees the loan recovery process.
  • daily or weekly consumer contact to remind them of their past-due loans.
  • daily or weekly client follow-up regarding the date of the preceding payment redemption.
  • providing clients with the best payment options and arranging reasonable payment schedules.
  • fully comprehends the allocated product and portfolio.
  • responding to consumer inquiries and raising the priority as necessary.
  • keeping accurate, current records for consumer accounts.
  • daily or weekly reporting of reliable consumer feedback.


  • HND or B.Sc. required as a prerequisite, with 0 to 2 years of work experience.
  • It will be advantageous to have prior intele-collections or customer service expertise.
  • a command of the Hausa language.
  • superior written, verbal, and negotiating skills.
  • Strong command of at least one other local or foreign language in addition to the English language.
  • Agile, teachable, and open to new ideas.
  • the capacity to work in a fast-paced atmosphere as a team.
  • Strong listening abilities and attention to detail.
  • Skills in persuasion, sales/marketing, and analysis will be advantageous.
