Job Description
Deputy Chief of Party: Responsible for supporting the Chief of Party in staff, operational, and financial management. Leads efforts to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations as well as timely and effective delivery of program activities. Oversees administrative, operational, finance, and HR teams. Qualifications: Master’s degree (preferred) in education, social sciences, or related field preferred, with a minimum of 9 years of operational and financial management experience in support of large-scale international development programs, including experience with USAID-funded projects.
