Job Description
- Ensure development of the drifts (drilling, blasting, ground support, installation of utilities).
- Coordinate and supervise the performance of the work to achieve the objectives.
- Ensure compliance with work procedures.
- Solve problems related to mining activities and recommend measures to improve his/her department’s productivity.
- Participate in the development of operators’ skills.
- Respect, know and promote company regulations and policies, particularly with regard to health and safety.
