Job Responsibilities

• Coordinating the planning of promotional marketing programs with team members from sales, marketing, advertising, product design, and product development
• Making editorial and content development schedules for different media channels and platforms
• Helping with the planning, creation, and positioning of email blasts, social media advertisements, conventional media advertisements on TV and radio, and billboards
• Creating a brand style guide that most effectively expresses the vision and voice of the client or enterprise.
• Assisting team leads in creating, allocating, and overseeing each project's budget Holding client meetings to go over brand standards, objectives, budgets, and schedules.
• Carrying out market research to ascertain the requirements, preferences, behaviors, interests, and other pertinent details of a target audience to develop focused marketing campaigns.
• Studying past effective campaigns to determine what did and did not work, as well as what may be.
• Organize and carry out all digital marketing initiatives, including campaigns for display ads, email, social media, marketing databases, and SEO/SEM.
• Create, implement, and manage our social media presence.
• All digital marketing efforts should be measured, reported, and evaluated in relation to objectives (ROI and KPIs).
• Determine patterns and insights, then use the knowledge to enhance performance and spending.
• Come up with fresh, innovative growth tactics.
• Plan, carry out, and assess conversion tests and experiments.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a similar discipline
• Shown expertise in the field of digital marketing.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Executing digital marketing tasks
• Creating consistent brand messaging
• Analyzing marketing campaign performances
• Using insights from past campaigns to optimize new ones.
• Engaging with online audiences
• Working with external collaborators to bring the business and marketing goals to life.
• Establishing key performance indicators related to marketing strategies.

SKILLS

• A track record of successfully directing and overseeing campaigns for social media, email, marketing databases, display ads, and SEO/SEM

• Extremely creative with background in identifying target markets and creating informative, inspiring, and engaging digital campaigns.
• expertise in user funnel and landing page optimization
• familiarity with multivariate and A/B testing
• a strong understanding of website analytics programs, such as WebTrends, Omniture, NetInsight, and Google Analytics
• working familiarity with ad serving tools (DART, Atlas, etc.)
• familiarity with establishing and refining Google Adwords campaigns
• Codifying marketing workflows to increase efficiency.
• Ensuring resources are well allocated for successful project delivery.
• Developing and implementing change management in digital marketing projects
• Assessing, managing, and mitigating digital marketing risks
