The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the business and facility. You will manage staff, resolve customer issues, maintain a safe and efficient environment, and handle various administrative tasks.

· Address operational issues promptly and implement solutions
Requirements
· Proven experience in a supervisory or management role
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
· Proficiency in using relevant software and technology
· Knowledge of health and safety regulations and protocols
· Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
