Manage the poultry, piggery, livestock, Aquaculture (Fish Farming) components on the farm
Plan finances and production to maintain farm progress against budget parameters
Being fully responsible for commercial viability of the farm
Uphold farm administration practices, employee relations and welfare and keep a motivated workforce.
Assist the farm manager on planning the running of the farm
