Job Description
Maintain and update an order tracking log and provide a report to the Program weekly
Coordinate the preparation of documents required for exemption from VAT and customs taxes, monthly shopping lists and update the appropriate documents.
Support in the planning and execution of maintenance, upkeep and repair of equipment;
Make monthly physical inventories and reconcile them with theoretical inventories of program assets contained in SBD;
Monitor, consolidate, analyze and report fuel consumption and mileage indexes for each vehicle and generator set in the program;
Manage program partner contracts and ensure that they comply with SNV and Donor procedures and Track payments, expiration dates
