Job Description

  • Maintain and update an order tracking log and provide a report to the Program weekly
  • Coordinate the preparation of documents required for exemption from VAT and customs taxes, monthly shopping lists and update the appropriate documents.
  • Support in the planning and execution of maintenance, upkeep and repair of equipment;
  • Make monthly physical inventories and reconcile them with theoretical inventories of program assets contained in SBD;
  • Monitor, consolidate, analyze and report fuel consumption and mileage indexes for each vehicle and generator set in the program;
  • Manage program partner contracts and ensure that they comply with SNV and Donor procedures and Track payments, expiration dates
