With a commitment to excellence, integrity, and client satisfaction, we partner with businesses to optimize their operations, maximize performance, and achieve sustainable growth. Our team of experienced professionals brings expertise in management consulting, human resources, and business development to deliver customized solutions that address our clients' unique needs and challenges. Join us in our mission to empower organizations with the resources and strategies they need to succeed.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a creative and talented Graphics Designer to join our team at Royal Resource Management (RRM). As a Graphics Designer, you will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and producing visual assets, graphics, and multimedia content to support our marketing, branding, and communication initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and client services, to develop engaging visual materials that communicate our brand message, enhance our digital presence, and captivate our target audience. Your creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail will contribute to the success and impact of our marketing efforts and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Graphic Design: Conceptualize, design, and produce visual assets, including logos, infographics, brochures, presentations, social media graphics, and promotional materials, that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Use graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create high-quality, professional-looking designs.

  2. Branding and Identity: Develop and maintain brand identity elements, including logos, color palettes, typography, and visual style guides, to ensure consistency and cohesion across all marketing materials and communications. Evolve brand identity as needed to reflect changes in the company's positioning, offerings, or target audience.

  3. Digital and Web Design: Design visually appealing and user-friendly digital assets for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and online advertisements. Optimize designs for responsive web design, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility to ensure a seamless user experience across devices and screen sizes.

  4. Content Creation: Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create compelling visual content, such as illustrations, icons, animations, and video graphics, to enhance storytelling and engage audiences across digital channels, social media platforms, and multimedia campaigns.

  5. Print Production: Prepare print-ready files and specifications for various print collateral, including business cards, flyers, posters, and signage. Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and production partners to ensure accurate printing, finishing, and delivery of materials within budget and timeline constraints.

  6. Visual Communication: Translate complex concepts, data, and messages into visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphics, diagrams, and charts that communicate information effectively and enhance audience comprehension and engagement.

  7. Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and client services, to brainstorm ideas, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to meet project requirements and objectives. Incorporate stakeholder input and preferences into design iterations while maintaining design integrity and brand consistency.

  8. Quality Assurance: Review and proofread visual materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines, design standards, and project specifications. Conduct quality assurance checks on final deliverables to verify design elements, dimensions, colors, and print specifications before distribution or publication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency environment.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other design tools and platforms.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative design projects and samples across print and digital media.
  • Excellent design skills, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Knowledge of current design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design and visual communication.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
