The successful candidate shall, under the supervision of the Administration Officer, ensure that all guest house business operations are up to the required standard; assign rooms to guests, take note of customer complaints and make deliberate efforts to resolve them; greet customers warmly and be able to answer any questions related to the cost and availability of rooms; supervise cleaners; maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety in the kitchen; induct guests on services offered; cook meals; and operate a cash register; among others.
