- To lead in translating RUST vision, mission and objectives into tangible and observable deliverables, develop and implement departmental strategies emanating from the University strategic plan;
- manage staff and other departmental resource
- manage the implementation of existing academic programmes.
- handle students’ assessments and assist in staff recruitment, among other duties.
