Job Description
The Head of Programmes leads the development and technical delivery of an impactful strategy and programme in Malawi, whose goal is to contribute towards the reduction of poverty by reducing inequality and promoting productivity and resilience, in line with ?Standing Together for dignity, for equality, for justice?, Christian Aid?s global strategy. He/she will lead the delivery of a high-quality Malawi programme which is focused on four strategic impact areas: health, climate change, economic justice and markets, and gender inclusion and inequality.
