Responsibilities:
– Management of the sales department for the installation of power bank sharing stations.
– Planning, organizing, training, motivating, supervising.
– Planned auditing of calls within the department, corrective and developmental feedback, improving service quality.
– Participation in training, mentoring and adaptation of new employees.
– Participation in the recruitment process for your department.
Requirements:
– Work experience as a head of sales department at least 2 years (proven + cold calls experience).
– Experience in cold sales (cold calls) is mandatory.
– Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and management skills.
– Your own successful experience in sales.
– Experience in training and mentoring new employees – sales managers.
– Ability to work with staff (motivation, control).
– Aim to create a sales department in a short period of time and to reach the target figure.
Conditions:
– Official employment in accordance with the Labour Code after the trial period.
– Schedule is flexible !!! from 17.00 to 02.00 – 5 days a week.
– In addition to the salary there are bonuses from sales.
