Job Overview:

As a Hostess at Cr8careers, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests. Your role is to ensure a warm and professional reception, creating a positive impression of Cr8careers and setting the tone for a memorable experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management:
    • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests as they enter the Cr8careers premises.
    • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to create a positive and professional first impression.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries, providing information about Cr8careers services, and offering support as needed.
    • Handle client and visitor requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Appointment Scheduling:
    • Manage appointment schedules for meetings, consultations, and events.
    • Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless scheduling and adherence to appointments.
  • Event Coordination:
    • Assist in the coordination of events hosted by Cr8careers, including workshops, seminars, and networking sessions.
    • Collaborate with the events team to ensure successful event execution.
  • Phone and Email Communication:
    • Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls to appropriate personnel, and take messages when necessary.
    • Respond to email inquiries and forward them to the relevant departments.
  • Client Registration:
    • Facilitate the registration process for clients, ensuring accurate and complete information is collected.
    • Provide guidance on the Cr8careers services available.
  • Visitor Guidance:
    • Escort visitors to designated areas and provide assistance as needed.
    • Maintain knowledge of Cr8careers facilities to guide visitors effectively.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Feedback Collection:
    • Collect feedback from clients and visitors to assess their experience with Cr8careers.
    • Contribute insights for continuous improvement in customer service.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with colleagues in different departments to ensure a cohesive and positive workplace environment.
    • Communicate effectively with team members to address any challenges or opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in a hospitality or corporate setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using office equipment and computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
