Our startup IT organization requires an intermediate-level HR Analyst/Generalist for our operation. The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate company, employee and other statistics. The candidate should understand standard HR analytics including survey data and presentations, and performance management models.
The candidate will also double as our internal and external consultant on HR matters and start our team of HR consultants. University or polytechnic degree are very welcome, and we are an equal opportunities employer.
